Our Finishes
Emmet’s Good Wood Stuff is a finish specifically formulated with fast-drying synthetic oil to enhance the natural beauty of the wood while offering clarity and outstanding resistance to moisture and alcohol. This oil finish will need to be renewed regularly, at least once a month, but may vary based on your surface use. Maintaining the oil finish is very important to the long-term life of the surface and protection from water and moisture.
Conversion Varnish is the most durable finish available for wood and is transparent. It is chemical and moisture-resistant, protecting your wood from the damaging effects of household chemicals/cleaners. This finish does not require any ongoing maintenance. This is available in two different sheen options – flat or dull.
